AVG Logistics, a prominent player in the multimodal logistics sector, has announced its decision to acquire a significant stake in Kaizen Logistics, furthering its strategic growth in the competitive logistics market.
The acquisition is expected to create significant operational synergies by combining the strengths of both companies.
AVG Logistics aims to leverage Kaizen’s extensive experience in key sectors such as FMCG, beverages, metals, and industrial chemicals, enhancing its service capabilities and expanding its footprint in the logistics domain.
Kaizen Logistics, established in 2020, offers a broad spectrum of services, including road transportation, multimodal logistics, and warehousing. The company serves clients including Vedanta Group, Aditya Birla Group, Reliance Industries, Hindustan Zinc, Gujarat Alkalies, Meghmani Finechem, DCM, Chemfab Alkalis, JSW, Electrosteel, Hindustan Coca-Cola, and Varun Beverages, among others.
The acquisition, anticipated to be completed in Q4 of the financial year 2024-25, underscores AVG Logistics’ commitment to driving long-term value and expanding its service offerings.
