Amid rising competition in the e-commerce segment, direct-to-consumer (D2C) fashion brand Snitch has introduced two-day delivery for its customers ensuring swift delivery reaching more than 1,100 cities and over 7,000 pin codes across India.Â
Recognising the growing trend of impulsive buying and the demand for faster consumption, the brand is stepping up by strategically enhancing its supply chain and logistics network through partnerships with key solution providers, the company said in a statement.Â
This initiative is designed to optimise delivery timelines and strengthen the brand’s position, it said.
“Having already achieved a significant milestone of serving customers across more than 17,000 pin codes, Snitch’s two-day delivery rollout marks a crucial step forward. Currently, 60 per cent of orders reach customers within two days,” the company said.
The brand anticipates that this enhancement will drive substantial growth, including a 55-point increase in NPS and a 15 per cent month-on-month improvement.
“This move aligns with our goal of delivering convenience and satisfaction, empowering our customers to enjoy a seamless shopping experience. Our focus has always been on offering a wide range of trendy styles to a growing customer base, ensuring they have access to high-quality fashion at the fastest speeds,” Siddharth Dungarwal, Founder, Snitch, said.Â
