VRL Logistics has reported an 81.68 per cent increase in consolidated net profit for the quarter ended September 30, 2024, at Rs 35.81 crore, largely on the back of higher revenues.
The company had reported a net profit of Rs 19.71 crore in the corresponding period last fiscal.
VRL Logistics’ revenue for the July-September quarter increased to Rs 799.48 crore as compared to Rs 709.33 crore in Q2 FY2024, registering a growth of 12.70 per cent.
VRL Logistics is engaged in logistics services dealing mainly in domestic transportation of goods. As of FY2024, the company operates through 1209 branches across 24 states and 5 Union Territories in India.
