Moscow-headquartered Kladana, a cloud-based ERP software solution for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) has launched a new browser-based app named ‘Online Order App’ that allows businesses to sell online without having to create their website, offering the ability to share digital product catalogs directly with customers and easily manage sales orders.

Launched in India in 2022, Kladana which recently announced its investment of USD 1.5 million to set up operations in Mumbai, seeks to simplify the online selling experience of SMEs particularly wholesalers and D2C brands through this app.

Kladana’s solutions help SMEs track inventory, manage sales and purchases, calculate costs and profits, manage manufacturing orders, and analyse finances.

Entrepreneurs can benefit from the Online Order App, which streamlines operations for wholesale, manufacturing, and D2C businesses by enabling them to start selling without the need for a dedicated online store.

According to the company, the app is affordable, with no extra charges beyond the Kladana plan, and offers an additional sales channel by allowing businesses to share their online catalogues via a simple link across multiple platforms, including social media, Google Maps, website, messengers, and emails.

Key features include real-time stock synchronisation from the Kladana account, dynamic product listings, and personalised links for specific customers or sales agents, helping to manage customer relationships and track agent performance effectively.

“SMEs often lack the resources to manage multiple software solutions for different business functions and require cost-effective tools to drive sales. To address this need, we have introduced our browser-based ‘Online Order App,’ designed to enable SMEs to sell online efficiently without the need for a dedicated digital infrastructure,” Aleksandra Brovchuk, Director of Kladana in India, said.

She further stated that this app allows businesses to create and share customised digital catalogs, manage orders seamlessly, and offer tailored product selections or discounts directly to customers through a simple web link.

“By integrating this feature into our all-in-one platform, we’re not just enhancing the sales experience for our 50,000 plus users across the world including markets of India, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Russia but also driving productivity and growth,” Brovchuk added.
