NX Logistics India, a part of the Nippon Express Global conglomerate, has leased nearly 1.8 lakh sqft in Sumadhura Group’s logistics park in Bengaluru to develop it as a multi-client warehousing facility.
Quick commerce firm Zepto has already partnered with NX Logistics India to pick up space in this facility.
“This milestone marks the establishment of one of Zepto’s most advanced logistics spaces, aiming to optimise its supply chain and cater to its growing operations in the region,” Sumadhura Group said in a statement.
Spread across 100 acres, the Sumadhura logistics park, has witnessed a planned investment of Rs 600 crore in the first phase to deliver 2.5 million sqft of prime warehousing space, with a vision to expand to 6 million sqft in subsequent phases.
“This project underscores Sumadhura Group’s commitment to providing world-class logistics infrastructure in the region. Sumadhura Logistics Park has delivered 5 lakh sqft space till today and plans to complete 8 lakh sqft by March 2025,” the company added.
