Pristine Value Logistics picks up 1.65 lakh sqft warehousing space in Bhiwandi

Thrid party logistics solutions provider Pristine Value Logistics has signed a long lease agreement with Antariksh Group to launch a mega Grade A built to suit (BTS) multi-client warehousing facility spread over 1.65 lakh sqft at Antariksh LogiPark in Bhiwandi near Mumbai.

The announcement is in line with the Pristine Value Logistics’ plan to expand its warehousing operations at Bhiwandi to meet the growing demand, the company said in a statement.

Managing varied customers

“This strategic expansion will further strengthen Pristine Value Logistics’ service delivery capabilities to cater to varied customers across industry verticals such as pharma and consumer healthcare, food and FMCG, spare parts logistics, FMCD and electronics, industrial products as well as e-commerce,” it said.

The multi-client facility, which is expected to be operational by March 2025, will be equipped to handle diverse goods, offering flexible solutions that meet the complex demands of the modern supply chain. The facility adopts a plug-and-play model, allowing clients to scale and adjust operations with ease.

Commenting on the capacity expansion, Sanjay Mawar, Director, Pristine Value Logistics and Pristine Logistics & Infraprojects said, “We are growing our warehouse capacity to meet rising demand and to ensure our customers efficient, customised and scalable solutions. The expansion strategy is in sync to the overall outlook of the group to become an end-to-end logistics and supply chain service provider. We will continue to increase our warehousing capacity by scaling up our presence rapidly across India.”

Facilitating sustainability

The warehousing facility will have FM2 flooring with 6-tonne load bearing capacity, ventilation with 6 times air change, roof insulation to control heat inside, and provision for solar panels on the roof, which reflects commitment towards energy conservation and sustainability. 

Other features and facilities include 6 dock levellers at dock bay, cross-docking with a total of 32 docks and a dedicated compound with 60 ft road in the front of the warehouse and 70 ft road in the rear side of the warehouse.

Furthermore, to ensure the safety standards, the warehouse will be equipped with comprehensive fire safety measures, including hydrant systems, sprinkler systems, beam detectors, smoke detectors and fire extinguishers.

Enhancing capacity

Pristine Value Logistics currently has 11 lakh sqft of warehousing space at Bhiwandi which is capable of handling over 35000 boxes per day. Once the Antariksh LogiPark warehousing facility becomes operational, the total area will go up to 12.65 lakh sqft and the daily cargo handling capacity will increase to 50000 boxes per day.

Currently led by Sougata Mitra and Mahendra Pratap Singh, Pristine Value Logistics erstwhile Patchems has been servicing clients in multiple Industries for more than 35 years.

“Pristine Value Logistics’ future-ready warehouses will have robust investments in IT enabled supply chain management developing in-house software for warehouse management system (WMS), transport TMS, data digitalization software and AI,” the company said.

Pristine Logistics & Infraprojects operates rail logistics, focussed towards connecting the hinterlands of the country. The company has recently inaugurated the first dry port in Bihar.

Its 3PL arm is focussed towards expanding footprints in major metro cities. In terms of infrastructure projects, Pristine group company owns land parcels in strategic locations where they have plans to develop railway terminals as well as multi-client warehouses.
