Omega Seiki Mobility (OSM) and Orbitsys Technologies have partnered to offer dealer management system to provide dealers with a powerful suite of tools in both sales and service.
This partnership will help OSM in creating a fully integrated cloud-based solution designed by Orbitsys Technologies to boost efficiency and effectiveness in day-to-day EV dealership operations, the company said in a statement.
“The dealer management system (DMS) market in electric vehicles (EVs) in India is experiencing rapid growth as the country embraces sustainable mobility solutions. There are over 200 Omega Seiki Mobility dealerships across the country and we at OSM want to be on retail front in a massive way,” Uday Narang, Founder and Chairman, Omega Seiki Mobility, said.
Omega Seiki Mobility’s pre-sales, sales, and post-sales market touchpoints across all electric passenger and commercial vehicle categories will be supported by the Orbitsys DMS system, which caters to over 1700 dealers. With the modernisation of its dealer management system, OSM will be able to monitor sales performance and improve collaboration across its dealer network.

With this partnership, OSM will also be able to scale up newly introduced passenger vehicle range and to be launched 1 ton and 3.5 ton e-trucks in response to demand while maintaining the flexibility to maintain its infrastructure by operating on Orbitsys Dealer Management software.
